TOKENIZATION, EXPLAINED
A hotel is a physical asset. Tokenization represents equity in its property-owning company as digital units, connecting the asset to your investment.
A special purpose vehicle that holds the hotel asset.
THE EQUITY ON OFFER
Each token represents a defined portion of the equity offered in the SPV. Your interest is in that entity, rather than an individual room or a right to stay.
The hotel operator pays rent to the property-owning SPV. After property costs, debt obligations, taxes, fees and reserves, available cash may be distributed to investors under the offering terms.
Once closing conditions are met, your subscription becomes an issued holding. Deedl is designed to record tokens and permitted transfers on blockchain. The offering defines your rights and transfer conditions.

The hotel operator pays rent to the SPV that owns the property. Investors may receive distributions from the cash left after property costs, debt obligations, taxes, fees and reserves. You invest in the property-owning SPV, not the hotel operating company. Developments may produce no rental income during construction. Rent and distributions are not guaranteed.
